ECU Pirate skull cake

OK so I made this one yesterday for a co-worker.
It's a chocolate cake with buttercream icing.
I think it turned out pretty decent although it looks a little wavy in the picture.
I did have to repair one of the bones a little...a pirates life is rough!

Yikes!

OK so it has been almost a year since I have updated this page...not good!
I have much less "free" time since I am working full time. Not to mention that adorable little 3 yr old that is always following me around!!

OK so here are just a couple of things I have made since the last time I posted.

1st up is a helicopter cake I made for Joey's 3rd birthday. Unfortunately, I was sick as a dog and could barely stand up for more than 5 minutes at a time so this is really not what I wanted but he still loved it so thats good at least  :)

and of course...more Pupcakes....

And these are 2 kinds of cupcakes I made for a bake sale at work to benefit Breast Cancer Research.
The first ones are Pink Champagne cupcakes with Chambord Raspberry Liquor frosting.

and these are Pink Velvet cupcakes with White Chocolate Ganache Frosting.
