Crazy cupcakes!
Today we made Triple Lemon Chiffon cupcakes, Chocolate Truffle cupcakes, Pupcakes, Mumcakes, spaghetti and meatball cupcakes, tie-dyed cupcakes and Red Velvet cupcakes with white chocolate cream cheese frosting. I am exhausted and going to bed but here are a few pics.

Next project...
The next thing on the calendar is to bake a gazillion cupcakes for a bake sale this week which will raise money for the Start! Triangle Heart Walk.
There will be chocolate and vanilla cupcakes....there will be lemon chiffon and red velvet cupcakes....there will be pupcakes and mum cakes and even spaghetti and meatball cupcakes!!!
Hopefully we will help to raise a ton of money this year for this great cause!

Purse Cake
OK so this was my first attempt at a purse cake. Not too bad for my first one!
I did not want to do it in fondant because I wanted it to taste good without having to peel off the fondant and throw it away so...this was done with mostly buttercream and some fondant accents.
So here are some start to finish pics.

Yellow Cake from scratch
OK so I was feeling a little frisky today and decided to try out a new yellow cake recipe and WOW. This came out so incredibly light and fluffy...it's like air and ohhh soo yummy!!
This is the recipe i'm gonna use for the hockey cake :)

New cupcake flavor alert!
How lucky I am today! 2 of my friends from NY are passing by on their way back home from Florida just in time to try out a new cupcake flavor!
Chocolate Truffle cupcakes.

the finished product. If you like crazy sweet chocolatey goodness than you will LOVE this cupcake.
Joey (my 2 yr old) was the first to try it and he devoured it in about 10 seconds.
